Week 2 Day 2 of the C25K program is complete. Run 90 second, walk 90 seconds, run 90 second and then walk for two minutes. Repeat three times. Total running time of 540 seconds which is 9 minutes. Not too bad for the second week. Total mileage of 1.94 at a 14:19 pace.
So … as of last night, I have gone 14 days without a beer. Yay! Two weeks. I survived the July 4th weekend without a beer and hopefully I can avoid the beer this weekend in Louisville, KY. Meeting up with some people in that town for a weekender.
