Geez. Up 1.6 pounds this week. So very strange. Although the little beer and the few (ok – a lot) donut holes I ate may have contributed to this gain.
After a great week on the exercise with two unofficial 5Ks, I would have thought I lost some weight.
But I guess not.
Other than the two beers I drank and the donut holes, my eating was in control. I drink plenty of water each day. So, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Maybe I should stay away from the bear and donut holes this week!
Discouraging to say the least. Almost heart breaking. But whatever. Still not ready to give up and hope that next week show a better number and I will be closer to my 25 pound goal.
